Thank you Google…

24 01 2009

It’s nice when you read a story about how a company recognizes the value of its employees.  Who else is really the stalwart of any company’s fortunes?  It’s not the Wall Street investor.  What Google is doing is restructuring their stock option plan to ensure that their employees are not ‘underwater’.  In other words, their options at $400 will be repriced so that these options are priced at less than the current share price on the exchange.  What a boost to morale, what a boost to keeping their intellectual property!  And it’s to reward the people that do the work…not the folks with discretionary income who invest hoping for return.  Obviously this has upset some people.  Here’s a quote from an article today in the AP…”A lot of people just hate it,” said Broadpoint AmTech analyst Rob Sanderson. “I had one money manager tell me, `The next time you talk to Google’s management, tell them I want all the stock I bought at $400 a few months ago to be repriced at $285.”…notice the word ‘I’ in this quote.   There’s your typical Wall Street ‘idiot’ who seems to think that things should always be in his favor.  No longer….Way to go Google.  Think about it…taking care of the true shareholder, the employee.  That’s the thinking that must take place going forward.  If you are in management or own a company, do the best you can to emulate this thinking.  In the long run, the wall street investor WILL BENEFIT by this.  It just might require rethinking what a reasonable return is in a reasonable amount of time.  For a small company like Natural Bridges Products, it validates our business plan and our approach with investors.  We’re taking it one step further.  It’s not just our employees but our customers that need to be taken care of.  Good products, fair prices, fair expectations.  So go ahead and look us up…and today go ahead and use the Google search engine…www.naturalbridgesproducts.com       all the best, NBPI

What is LiverGARD??

23 01 2009

That’s a good question.  I’m pretty good at letting people know what LiverGARD can do, but sometimes forget to tell you what it is and how it works so that you can feel comfortable in using it.

What is LiverGARD??  It is simply an extract of the floridanum variety of artichoke and mexican sarsaparilla.  As simple as that sounds, we’ve had several companies try, without success, to duplicate the process to achieve the results we have.  As we also work with the source, we manage to ensure that LiverGARD always matches our researched profile even if weather conditions create different growing situations.  So let’s repeat…artichoke and sarsaparilla.

Is LiverGARD safe??  As the resultant extract is a whole food complex, it is treated by the body as such.  We’ve had eight years direct experience selling to the public and we’ve had zero reports of any negative side effect.  All of us working for Natural Bridges have used LiverGARD daily for the last 8 years.  In my case, it’s been over 10.  Dr. Cochran has used it for over 20 years.  By law, we have to keep a negative events log.  There’s nothing in it…

How does LiverGARD work??   The extract contains a complex of active flavonoids including quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, catechin, silymarin, cynarin, and chlorogenic acid.  These plant chemicals focus their energy in the liver supporting the natural metabolization processes.  Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) for LiverGARD shows a powerful antioxidant at least twenty three times more effective than blueberries.   This nutrition and antioxidant effect leads to improved hepatic (liver) performance, especially under the duress of acute toxins like ethanol (alcohol), acetaminophen, or certain other pharmaceuticals.  It’s also why you don’t get hangovers if taken correctly.  If the body can process the ethanol more quickly, it cuts out the inflammatory response that usually occurs within a couple of drinks.  No headache, no nausea, or whatever your typical overindulgence response is.  For me, not having headache after a shared bottle of wine at dinner, or a six pack during the Super Bowl, or a couple of single malts while listening to the waves crash on the beach.  Not losing any part of the next day is even more rewarding.

In a nutshell, this is LiverGARD.   Feed your liver everyday.  www.livergard.com
