This was kind of cool to find happening locally. SunRidge Farms, located in the Santa Cruz area, actually pay their employees $5 per day to bike to work. These guys make the very best milk chocolate almonds and so many varieties of organic trail mixes and other edibles. Check them out at www.sunridgefarms.com They do green right!
