My colleagues and I run a small business. No one is completely full time though, since we all need to make some money to ensure that we maintain capital for our monthly recurring costs and our long term projections/efforts for growth. This requires tremendous sacrifice from our families as well as patience. The original core of the team still remains 8 years later.
